Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did 6x100 meter runouts, then did the brookhill loop and ame back and did 2 laps of straights and curves, running only the curves. My hip was bothering me all day, it would just hurt when i was sitting in class and it hurt while i was running. I'm so frustrated, i don't know why its doing this again. I just felt awful today, i didn't do good at all.
WE did weights for about 10 minutes after practice.
