Comments:
Not sure how well I would run, very bad sleep and Murph locked up at 5:05 :(
Made an effort from the start to pick up pace a bit during warm up and then really tried to keep it going, able to get in mile 3 and 4 just under 9. Slowed down for mile 5 to recover but still under 10 and really picked up pace for last .5 mile, breathing super hard to get a good time! Happy at time but legs were burning for most of run, no pulls or pain injury just working hard. Need to remind my legs what it is like to run faster, good start.
