Weather: Inside and Pool

Comments:
Swim: They are HAMMERING us in swim class...it is ridiculous! We did alot of laps of front craw, back crawl and breast stroke. Then we treaded water for 5 min. I am getting pretty damn good at the side stroke

Aerobics: We did the 15 min. P90X Ab workout again...really good for core
