Comments:
went to the high school to do my workout on the track. did the 2 times 80 sec, 6 tempo 2:30's and 2 times 80 by myself but on the track for reference. felt pretty good, it was sunny put but windy, felt good to use a 400 meter track though. i just went 5:50 pace for the 2:30 section. the high school distance team had mile repeats, and it was hard to watch. none of them are at the times our top 3 guys were at last year. the distance group is looking to have a rough year this year.
