Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
im not sure how long the warm up was. we ran inside. im just gonna sau .25 but thats prob pushing it. we then did 20 mins of abs and i did 6 in for 4 mins and then he told everyone that if they made it to 5 we would have gotten a free gatorade so that kinda sucked. then we did relays of random stuff. crab walk killed my arms. then we went out in the pouring rain for a 20 min run:] 800 time trials are tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.
