went to the gym where my dad's a member. usually he goes in with me, so that i can get in, but he just gave me his id. they didn't even look at it, so i was fine. i found a high-tech spinner over with a bunch of the other insane cardio equipment they have. it worked out well, and i was able to read my rpm the whole time. 110s i think, increased a bit for the hard parts, but resistance increased then too.
once i finished, i headed to the pool.
