Comments:
i ran at henderson park again, without the bike warmup part today. it was probably not the best idea. i warmed up kinda slowly and did a few drills, then got to running. it was really wet and raining. i started off a little fast, and slowed down a bunch. by the end, i was exhausted and not going very fast. i ran for 24:00 and it was supposed to be 4mi, so that's what i logged it as. on the bright side, this is the longest sustained run i've done, and my foot felt great.
drove home, stretched, went to do a little workout with ernest. biked for 10min, then did some kicking drills and abs.
