Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
this workout was mean. so mean.
I would also have to drive a minimum of two hours to find a hill that I could run up for two minutes. so I paid $7 to go to the community center and use the treadmills. I didn't think I could physically handle this workout after about, I don't know, the FIRST interval. I lived though. For simplicity's sake, I left the thing always on 5.5 mph and alternated 2 mins inclined all the way up, 3 mins inclined all the way flat. so glad that's done.
Ice bath at home afterword. The whole concept scared my parents to death. I think they are seriously contemplating not letting me return to school now, thinking of my health and safety :P
