Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Coyote Hills. New route, taking the paved path parallel to Dumbarton Bridge and going under towards the dirt trail and back into Coyote Hills. Slow pace (9:00) for approx. 7 miles, felt kind of cold, no sweating really. Had to pick up the pace in order to get back in time to pick kids up! Somewhat tired and achy.
