Indoor short run

Comments:
Stayed inside since it was a short run and I needed to do intervals. Warm up was okay, did 6 30 sec intervals at 7:30 pace with 1 min recovery jog. An effort to keep doing these but glad I stuck with it, did 5 more 30 sec intervals at 8:30 pace with 30 sec jog. Finsihed with 5 min cooldown which was very hard since legs so fatigued from pick ups. Good to get back to these but damn hard inside!
