bike warmup and cooldown

went to the concourse today to do my workout--which was 3miles. all of my runs were supposed to be at 5:45 pace, but i don't think i've been able to actually do any of them at that pace. i was feeling pretty sore after yesterday, and i needed a confidence boost, so i decided to run this one on the treadmill. warmup on the bike for 15. i was watching the northwestern-ohio state game. it went into overtime just as i was finishing the warmup. they had tvs on the treadmills too!
cooled down to some more basketball.
