Comments:
Ran 7 miles on the treadmill. started at about 8mph and gradually picked up the pace to about 12 mph. Did the last 5 miles in 27:20. a pretty hard run, but not that bad. felt pretty good. jogged outside afterwards in short sleeves and shorts in the snow. felt really good.
