Weather: 40 cloudy windy

Comments:
jog to au and a million different drills, including like 10 or 12 striders that were really 50 m sprints. then 200, 300, 200, 300, three minute break, 200, 300, 200, 300. my group was perfectly suited to my speed, so I was pushing without being like dejected that I'm terrible at sprinting. It was a pretty hard workout just in terms of having to go fast so much with so little recovery - my legs are still sore 3 days later.
