Comments:
Did a little more than three miles at the park. My shins were throbbing. It's not a sharp pain anymore, it's just this hard feeling of pressure. It's very uncomfortable. I feel like I always have to be stretching or something so that I don't feel it. Took an Epsom salt bath after practice though.
