Comments:
Great run. Designed tempo run. Got to half way at 18:00 and turned around (out and back course) and the wind was stiff in my face; couldn't pull off a negative/even split. Great route along the Pacific Coast (actually a bay or sound). Seaside parks, ships docked along the water, idustrial area, but cool run. Finished with abs and push-ups.
