Comments:
well we started extremely late, because Thea and I needed to find a bathroom. The Starbucks toilet was broken and the training room was locked, so then we went to Leutner. By then it was quite late. The workout went really well I think, though; we were always on the low side or under paces. I'm pretty sore but I feel ok.
