Weather: 30, slight wind

Comments:
12 minute warmup, 3xmile with Pat with a 600 fly. 400 jog as recovery. Went 5:27, 5:25, 5:20, 1:52. I felt slow and my knee was bothering me. Cool down on track/fields. Played a game of soccer on the indoor track afterwards, that was stupid. Will try to run on all soft surfaces over break.
