Haitian Mountain Workout II

Comments:
One superhill, 8 small hills. Only felt the lactic acid in my calves on the superhill, though the mini ones still left me winded. The view of Port-au-Prince is spectacular. Said "Bon Jour" to countless school children and adults on their way to work in the city. Most were friendly.
