Georgetown track!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran to the track, a bit off from the whole situation and trying to communicate with people while running etc. jogged a bit there, then warm up for the mile. I could tell that today wouldnt be a day to focus on times or racing, so I focused more on pacing and whatnot. Not sure if that was the best approach, but after this weekend, definitely needed something like this. Mile wasnt all out, 800 was deliberate conservative lap then hard lap which was a good approach in terms of what I needed for today. Extremely impressed with the team today, everyone looked SO good whether first time or veteran. Should be exciting going into spring break with this momentum under us! Not quite sure about the timing, more of an estimate
