had to get the recert. physical for the outdoor team & since mary zagar is on the brink of death i was pretty late getting to the track. i did a variation of fisch's workout. mile, 4x800, 4x800 (2min between reps, 3min between sets). 5:16 (struggled), 231, 231, 229, 229, 68, 68, 67, 68. didnt feel right at all & wasnt too excited about this workout. woke up with a sore throat so that didnt help.
