Weather: BEAUTIFUL. A little windy.
Comments:
Did the indian run for two laps at the bowl. It was fun. Then Fartleks. That kind of sucked. Shins only hurt after and before. The bowl makes things much easier and less painful though.
I also walked my dog today. Around the school at the end of my block. I would guesstimate that I walked Roksana Santiago for about 800 meters today.
