our very first inaugural workout ! i signed up for a 3month membership at the gym that is 1mile from my house. perfect for a warm up run. the gym is tinyville. just a weight room, one stretching/class room and a cardio room. crappy locker room on top of it all. buuuut there are free apples daily! and its one mile from my house :0 and julia, the girl who loves to work out and wants to be my personal trainer goes there.
we started our routine. it goes heavy and few reps - 6x per weight, 3reps. squats with the bar, then quads, then lat pull downs, then chest press, then shoulder press, then bicep curls then triceps then stretching. yum!
