Comments:
jog to dorsett park, drills, then continue jog to norwood park, striders. then 5 pickups with about equal recovery time. ran 2:34, 52, 5:25, 1:41 (all on the grass etc - legs felt heavy and tired, hard to go), then 6:40 on the way home (along wisconsin from dorsett st. to the gap/banana republic stores. that last tempo part (mile?) felt incredible. having my feet on solid paved earth again and being close to done with the workout...i felt really really strong and wasn't struggling to hold an aggressive pace at the front of the pack. then jog home.
