Aimed for negative splits- 10 min/mile first half and 9 min/mile second half. Pulled it off! Felt really great- shin stopped hurting after a mile. After 10 miles still felt like I had a lot of energy. It was pretty warm so ran out of water with 3 miles to go, probably could have pushed it a bit if I had been better hydrated.
