fartlek. 3-2-1 with equivalent rest. felt okay, but i was supposed to stay comfortable, and i didnt really know what that meant but i probably wasnt comfortable for most of teh workout. we just stayed in one largr group and after about 4 intervals, i started to let myself fall back a bit, because i knew i'd be fried by the end. cool down was pretty slow. i dont know if this was quite eleven miles, but thats what someone said. i'll go with 10.5, seems more realistic.
