i intended for this to be a long run but my legs are pretty tired and my shins are bothering me so it ended up just being a casual run. i did 8 wonderful barefoot striders in the grassy park across from Harvard at the end, which was really nice :) then hit up the fitness center for some lifting. running here is beautifulllll, but it's hard to be motivated to go hard...i just want to meander along and admire the river and the city!
