Comments:
Did the workout at 3 with Corey because she had a meeting to get to. Did the 1500/steeple workout except since coach wasn't there, she had us just do it flat. 800, 400, 2x200. Then again. The 800s were supposed to be 2:45, did 2:48 and 2:46. The 400s were supposed to be 82.5, did 80 and 79. 200s were just supposed to be fast, did them 36, 35, 36, 35. So it was pretty good. I was a little warm because Coach told me to wear tights, but it wasn't too bad because it was windy. Warmup and cooldown 2.
