tough run...

got to springbrook, legs were heavy, but when i started running not bad.

half mile warmup, stretches, waited around for them to finish their workout, did a cooldown lap with em, went into the woods looking for a good hill but decided to go out to the road,

did 6 hills and went back to the track, than went out to the woods, was really uncomfortable on the way back, got lost, felt like crap...

really really felt bad all day, prob dehydrated...
