We kept it fairly ez today.. we did a 15 minute warmup to landsdowne and back to the track.. 1 mile in 7:20..7 minute recovery..800 in 3:30..4 minute recovery..400 in 1:40..2:00 recovery 200 in 42 sec..60 sec. recovery 200 in 43.. mile cooldown... ready for the spring relays tomorrow, expecting the gals to run pretty well
