Comments:
ran down to the track to do 10x500 at goal 5k pace with 1min recovery. laf was late so i ended up doing 7 by myself which was rough cause the wind was pretty ridiculous which seems to be the norm for that track. 1:29, 1:30, 1:31, 1:32, 1:32, 1:32, 1:32, 1:32, 1:31, 1:31. came through the quarter in an avg of 71, 72 except for the first couple. a pretty average workout, im just happy that the 1min rest wasnt too strenuous after being sick for awhile and still having congestion.
