Comments:
We did a progressive warmup, 8 regular pace, 4 somewhere in betwee, and then 3 minutes at tempo.
Got back to the track and did 6x300m at 800m pace
We split into smaller groups. Mackenzie and I did six.

Rest in between was 3 minutes of walk/jog recovery
Very tired by the end. But it was a good one and i'm glad we did 6
