Hard on the Treadmill then played soccer

Comments:
really pushed it on the treadmill. started out fast and got faster--averaged well over 11 mph for the second half. quads hurt from the weird pounding of the treadmill but it felt really good to hammer something hard. then went down and played soccer with the guys for over an hour--really thoroughly cooked during it. kept going--bloody second toe on left foot.
