2 up real easy, dark. 1st 11:40 (6:00-5:39), 2 min recovery, 11:48 (6:04-5:44), 2 min, 11:40 (5:53-5:47), felt in control, easy to adjust speed the whole workout.

mile down easy, 5 strides felt a little sore. left shin a little sore, muscle along tibia for some reason most of run. ice before, maybe why.
