treadmill. 10 minute jog, then 1 minute (maybe 55 seconds by the time i got the treadmill up to speed) hard (6 minute pace or faster), 1 minute easy, 5 times, then 3 minutes easy, then 5 more hard-easy, then 12 minute cooldown.
a really good workout :) I wrote alot more about it on my forum post (called "inspirations")...
