Comments:
4x8 with half rest. It was super easy...really. I was surprised I could do it though because in 4th block we had a pizza party and usually food before I run upsets my stomach..aka why I throw up during saturday practices. But I did it, I mean it hurt but I didnt throw up, so thats good. My 800s were supposed to be 2:45-3:00. I was 44,43,42,40
