Comments:
I'd have to say the shin pain was about an 8.59999. They were sharp in the morning, probably from yesterday's workout. Faster stuff hurts the most.

Breakfast- 1.5 cups of honey nut cheerios (con leche), 4oz orange juice, TEA
Lunch- pb & j, orange peanutbutter cracker things, fruit snacks, half of Whorf's homemade cookie, mini banana.
Dinner- Day old bread, half an orange, pasta (with peas, peppers, and stuff...yuck) some pringles.......
