Comments:
Ran indoors because the weather was crappy. Was going to do another two-mile tempo and turn around half way through so as not to bug my knees, but after a mile I stopped and warmed up with the 800 guys instead. Talked to Coach, did a mile and a half tempo (HR: 196 from 10-25 after finishing), then I hit the bike. Felt okay during the run (no injury pain at all) but had a bit of a cramp for a while.

Stretch (static 3), roll with Jim
