Weather: 49 degrees-A little cool, but nice
Comments:
This was my fastest time to date running the loop. I felt great. I felt like I was actually running - propelling myself forward instead of just jogging. I was also more aware of breathing the correct way.
Mile 1- 8:42 pace
Mile 2- 8:30 pace
