Ran two miles again, slightly slower today. I've been running relaxed on all of these, which means I've been mentally free enough to focus on my form. Today, my stomach wasn't feeling great, but it was definitely manageable. The only time I felt my foot was on the warmup 400. Haven't been using the Brooks for the past several runs... could be they were part of the problem. So far, so good. Can't wait to be doing real mileage again.

Stretch, no roll.

Abs: 50ea x high, side (each), and bicycle.

Sleep: 10.5 hrs
RHR: 46ish
