Comments:
warmup up of 1.5 miles to the greenbelt, once there we started our workout..
4x2:00 @ 5:20 pace covering around 570 meters each segment..2:00 minute recoveries in between. we made from byers to horse fork trail lake during the 4x2:00 segments which is 1.73 miles.. we covered 1.5 miles during this stretch..very solid.. on the way back we did 8 x 1:00 with 1:00 recoveries and we covered from horse fork to the bingo parlor on e. byers. covering 1.6 miles during this segment. we covered 3.1 miles during todays workout in 16:00 sub 5:20 pace...outstanding workout..for the most part the whole team hung together during the workout..
