This is going to ruin my mileage unless I run 7 miles tomorrow.
They didn't hurt as bad on the bike but they hurt when I'm just sitting. It's sharp again. BOOOOOOOOOO.

Honey nut cheerios.
Chicken salad.
Chicken wrap.
Bread with nutella.
Apples with peanut butter.
