run on the 2.5 mile loop around the perimeter of campus, mostly on dirt trails, really great run - warmup & fartlek workout (1 on, :30 off; 1:30 on, :45 off; 2 on, 1 off; 2:30 on, 1:15 off, and then back down) - total of 17 minutes off and on - cooldown after
