van horn & steeple

Comments:
ran circles around van horn for a long while-- i rated it at 6:30 pace. it felt great. my foot didn't hurt at all and i felt strong. went back inside to do steeple practice with thea and emilie. normal steeple drills to start, then we simulated the water jump by going off of the barriers into the high jump pit, then went to the long jump pit to do a similar thing. coach said i did well, and i felt good. i really would like to do some real hurdling, but i guess we're doing that next week. i hope it warms up.
