the weather sucked today, and i really didn't want to go outside, so i decided to take my cross train day and do the 1500 workout, then tempo later in the week:
10' warm up
3x 3:30 hard (i went real hard here. i was breathing hard and errthing.) 1' recovery
4x 1' on 1' off (got up on the pedals and felt good, worked hard)
cool down 7'
lift, abs, static, hips
