Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Coach told me I could run today and i was pretty stoked about it. But then as usual my hamstring was flaring up so it was a painful run. Back to the drawing board for now. The rest of the guys did mile repeats on the track. Sam and I danced like transitions on the steeple barriers for them and they got a good laugh out of it.
