AU Track Workout w/ GDS

Comments:
Met with the GDS kiddos and run to AU where I proceeded to pace Samet, Bordman, and Kunst for a swift 4x1000m workout with 1 lap recoveries. Afterwards, did 1 1/2 mile tempo run back probably around 6 minute pace or better.

On the last pickup, kicked home the last 200m strong and felt great.
