race pace workout. probably could have done this in my sleep now that i've done so many workouts at 76 pace. it was a little faster but i still tried to hang around 76. mostly 74-75, finished with a slightly faster 73. talking after with david at breakfast, and its only 2.5 more laps for the 5k, so i'm feeling good about how "easy" this was. i was tired when i was done, but it didnt feel like i had just run real hard. had to do it by myself, no one else was here doing the same thing as me, so that also kind of reassured me that with the right race this can be done. and it was cold, i didnt like that.
