Comments:
Wow, I felt awesome today except for a slight cramp on the right side. Legs felt strong and cardio endurance is increasing. splits: 1m 7:30, 2m 15:30, 3m, 25:00. I endured a very strong headwind coming back which decimated 3&4 split times, but probably assisted with going out in 15:30. Seriously I haven't done a 15:30 2 mile in 8 years!! And I was pushing the baby to boot!!
