Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran with the group today. For some reason I still trust Sue when she says she wants to run 5 miles(or whatever number she is aiming for that day) because she always forgets to check her watch. So today, a bunch of us set out to run 5 miles and ended with 6.5 :) Ran slow. My shin hurts.
