Legs felt good on the warmup and strides and such. Did 3x150 at half mile pace or so. Then 2 of the small hills by the pits. Hopefully legs will be ready to go tomorrow, really hoping Gene follows my advice and puts me in the mile and 2 mile instead of 4x8 and mile. Think I got a good shot at both of them. This is the 5th week of the mileage cycle so I gotta scroll it down a but then next week go back to my 37-43, maybe more. By the end of the season, hopefully be up to 50 so I can start the summer at 50 already, so ready for next year haha.
